Chief Executive Officer

Linh is our senior linguist with 20 years of experience. Her language expertise includes translation, interpretation, writing, language testing and evaluation. Linh has completed extensive interpreting and translating work in the medical, legal, insurance, financial and educational fields. She serves as a phone interpreter for courts, financial institutions, insurance companies, and several government agencies. She works with hospitals, clinics, and correctional facilities throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Linh also works as a freelance language evaluator for a number of companies for the last several years. Her experience includes working as a content author for one of the world-leading language software companies,to writing well-crafted cultural essays in Vietnamese for language learners. She also consults on language issues, provides linguistic and cultural advice for refining Vietnamese language software, and records her speech as part of a voice talent team.

Linh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Hue University, Vietnam and a Master’s Degree in American Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

MAI ZYMARIS

Chief Operating Officer

Mai Zymaris has been working in the translation and interpretation field for nearly a decade. She specializes in legal matters – court hearings, depositions, testimonies, mergers & acquisitions, and contract translations. Mai also has extensive experience in business, financial, and medical translation.

Some of her exemplary projects include translating court petitions and litigation documents in a US$350-million civil action lawsuit against a Vietnamese copyright infringer, deposition-related documents in several actions initiated by investors over their investments in Vietnam, and codes of conduct and global policies for a number of multi-national corporations.Mai’s experience includes working for a number of world-leading translation companies as a Vietnamese linguist and linguist tests reviewer.

Mai holds a Master Degree in Law (LL.M) from Harvard Law School and a Bacheloral Degree cum laudein International Law at Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Prior to working in translation business, she worked in legal industry.
